Elevating commercial real estate with a boutique approach
The creative direction behind Capital Partners rebrand stemmed from wanting a brand that was down-to-earth, approachable, professional and yet still gave the feeling of a boutique experience. These are just some of the key factors that were considered during the creation process of the new logo and brand identity. Creative direction for the logo, was one that expresses an insight for the brand, is simple and direct so it can be easily recognized, and is memorable from the use of distinctive characteristics within the C and P. Some of the imagery that was used for inspiration was a unique way to show CP in a monogram style, lighthouse illustrations to emphasize local and unique approach to business, and industrial architecture lines and geometric shapes.
